James Mehen is a licensed mortgage broker, a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed residential contractor, and a licensed securities agent. His experience includes serving 21
years as a licensed mortgage broker, 17 years in the accounting profession, serving as President of a large real estate
development company, which was a subsidiary of a NYSE company, and serving as President of an Arizona home building
company. Mr. Mehen is a General Partner of the developers of two of Arizona's premiere residential golf course communities.
