AZNORTH Capital's roots were planted in 1993 when its predecessors, AZNORTH Development Inc. and AZNORTH Realty were founded. AZNORTH
has evolved from focusing on infill development projects to focusing on large residential subdivisions in several northern
Arizona communities.
AZNORTH maintains close working relationships with local government officials and political leaders. We enhance the value of our properties by securing and maintaining development entitlements and constructing buildings for investment or future sale.
AZNORTH Capital is affiliated with AZNORTH Development, Inc., which has extensive experience tracking trends in the real estate market and developing investment strategies and opportunities. This affiliation with AZNORTH Development allows AZNORTH Capital to control assets at every stage of the investment cycle, which results in more effective risk management and higher rates of return for our investors. Since 1993, AZNORTH has demonstrated competence in structuring and executing complex deals that require an in-depth understanding of the local markets in which we operate and an extensive network of reliable partners.
TOM BREWSTER
Fund Manager
Tom Brewster, 43, is the Founder and President and CEO of AZNORTH Development, Inc.
Tom is a native of Arizona with extensive experience in business, including the real estate, finance, construction and communications industries. Mr. Brewster's entrepreneurial spirit was evident at an early age when, at the age of 16, he and his brother purchased three single family homes as investment properties. This was just the beginning of Mr. Brewster's involvement in real estate, as he pursued his interest in the industry by becoming a licensed general contractor in 1985 and licensed real estate agent in 1988. In 1992 and 1994, when Mr. Brewster was selling real estate, he was named a "Top Producer" by the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors.
In 1993, Mr. Brewster formed AZNORTH Development, Inc. so he could acquire and develop property in Northern Arizona. (See www.aznorth.com) In 1995, he formed AZNORTH Realty, the in-house brokerage for AZNORTH Development, Inc. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Brewster has grown AZNORTH into a successful development company with a seasoned management team.
Mr. Brewster is responsible for the successful completion of the following projects, which are described in more detail in the section entitled, Summary of AZNORTH Development Experience.

AZNORTH Development, Inc. is widely recognized for its in depth analysis and understanding of real estate markets and for analyzing the viability of projects. Other private real estate companies and public agencies regularly call upon AZNORTH for advice on real estate issues. Mr. Brewster's areas of expertise include management, real estate finance, and structuring complex transactions. He has extensive experience working with private investors and has developed positive working relationships with local and state government officials.
In addition to his business interests, Mr. Brewster has been active in community affairs over the last 20 years. He founded two nonprofit organizations and has served on a variety of other boards. He has been invited to serve on various local government committees and task forces, including the City of Flagstaff Affordable Housing Task Force and the City of Flagstaff Affordable Housing Set Aside Committee.
Celia Barotz
Investor Relations
Celia Barotz has lived in Flagstaff since 1999. Ms. Barotz earned her Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences, cum laude, from the University of Vermont. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar.
Ms. Barotz has been involved with the real estate industry for the last 20 years. She has practiced land use law in Connecticut; managed a portfolio of commercial and residential properties; and developed residential projects in the northeast. Ms. Barotz has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 2001 and manages the AZNORTH Investor Relations and Communications Departments.
Ms. Barotz is currently the Chairperson of the City of Flagstaff Planning & Zoning Commission and serves on the City of Flagstaff Water Commission and Citizen's Transportation Advisory Commission. She has been a member of the City of Flagstaff Open Spaces Commission and the Mountain Line Citizen Review Commission. Prior to her appointment to the City of Flagstaff Planning & Zoning Commission, Ms. Barotz served for three years on the Coconino County Planning and Zoning Commission.
Ms. Barotz has served as an arbitrator for the Professional Standards Committee of the Arizona Association of Realtors®, and serves as a mediator for the Coconino County Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Flagstaff from 2006 to 2007 and has served a term on the Arizona Daily Sun Citizen Editorial Board.
Jeremy Bach
Investor Relations
Mr. Bach was born and raised in Illinois and moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, in 1992 to attend Northern Arizona University. In 1995, he graduated from the School of Business and Engineering with a Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management and Business Management.
Mr. Bach has 14 years experience in the construction management industry. He started his first company, Mountain Top Builders, in 1993 and operated it until he sold it in 1998. In 1999, he formed Bacdon, Inc., a concrete underlayment company, in the Verde Valley. At the same time, teamed up with Tom Brewster at AZNORTH Development, Inc., where Mr. Bach's areas of expertise include land acquisition, land entitlement, finance and development.
Mr. Bach owns homes in both the Verde Valley and Flagstaff. In Yavapai County, he is the Chairman of the Verde Valley Housing Commission. He also is frequently invited by Yavapai County Community Development to provide input on county ordinances related to growth and development.
Mr. Bach has been involved in various civic organizations. For the last eight years, he has been the coach for the Camp Verde swim team.
